Who We Are

The Community College Leadership Development Consortium (CCLDC) is a statewide initiative dedicated to sustaining Iowa's community colleges by cultivating and developing leaders from within to strengthen institutional capacity. We bring together educators, facilitators, and partners to provide leadership development programming relevant to the needs of Iowa’s community colleges and their stakeholders.

Our mission is to support the next generation of community college leaders through customized programming, collaborative learning spaces, and practical tools that respond to the evolving needs of higher education.
