Aim 

Established in 2022, Consortium aims to enhance leadership development programming relevant to the needs of Iowa’s community colleges and their stakeholders.

Purpose

Act as a consortium of stakeholder groups to identify, develop, implement, and improve
innovative educational solutions to support the leadership development needs of Iowa’s Community Colleges. As stakeholder leadership needs continue to change, the Consortium provides a collaborative space to grow and develop future programming and experiences.
